At WISE360, we create products with care and purpose — whether it’s a made-to-order item or a digital download. Because of the custom nature of our products, our returns and exchanges policies differ slightly between physical print-on-demand items and digital products.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Each physical product is custom-printed just for you. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size/color selection errors, or buyer’s remorse.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item is misprinted or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrives damaged

How to request a replacement/refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery or email us at support@wise360.net
  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • We’ll confirm with our print partner and arrange a quick resolution

Important: Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund. In some cases, we may be able to resend your order at your expense.

Digital Products (Planners, Courses, Downloads)

All digital items are delivered electronically and are non-refundable and non-returnable once downloaded.

However, if you experience:

  • Technical issues accessing your file(s)
  • Broken download links
  • Receiving the wrong file

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will ensure you receive the correct or working file promptly.
